Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort 2023 PNWBA Championship Registration Deadline - November 6th, 2023

Our annual competition tied together with our annual banquet and festivities will be held in the excellent facilities of the Clearwater's RV Park that is fully paved RV stalls, each equipped with water, electricity, Wi-Fi and sewer. We'll site two teams per stall. So, your footprint can be as large as 20x20.

This will be a Jack qualifier if we have at least 25 teams turning in ALL entries.

Championship:

Again, PNWBA will provide a separate recognition called the "2023 Northwest BBQ Champion" with PNWBA logos on the stickers based on the following:

• Team won GC at a 2023 PNWBA Sanctioned (3 or 4 meat) Event.  This will be defined as a "Championship Team".
• The Championship Team must compete in this 2023 PNWBA Championship Event.
• Championship Team that earned the highest score from among the GCs entered in the 2023 PNWBA Championship will earn the title of "2023 Northwest BBQ Champion" regardless of finishing position in the overall competition.

Maximum Site Footprint:

20x20.   Contact Eric Mendel of you require a larger space. Due to the constraints of the overall area, larger footprints can limit the number of teams competing to potentially less than 25. Please be considerate and keep your footprint small.

PNWBA Site Inspection:

November 10th:  12pm-5:00pm.

Required Pitmaster Meeting:

November 10th at 6:30pm.  Due to the timing of the schedule, the annual meeting will occur at the same time as the Pitmaster meeting. The annual meeting will be called to order, then will be paused for the pitmaster meeting, then will continue.

Turn-in Times on Saturday 11/11:

Entry Fee:

Entry fee is $195.00 USD. A designated amount of $15.00 from the entry fee is non-refundable to cover payment and event processing expenses. In the event of a cancellation by the event coordinator, $180.00 will be refunded from the entrants payment.
