Saturday and Sunday Vending (Optional):
Teams participating in the competition are encouraged (but not required) to do public vending from 12:00pm to 7:00pm Saturday and again 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday. Last year the weather was PERFECT and everyone ran out quickly. Please look at the forecast and let that help be your guide on the amount to bring. The venue will write checks directly on-site for the sampling and will handle all token/ticket sales. Be creative! Diversity in vending is what keeps folks interested in buying more. If teams are short members, combining forces to cook and serve is perfectly acceptable. Please get with Bill Stock about your planned partnership with details on how that will work.
