Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort 2024 PNWBA Championship Registration Deadline - November 4th, 2024

Get ready for an amazing weekend of BBQ, competition, and fun at Clearwater Casino’s fully equipped RV Park! With fully paved RV stalls providing water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and sewer hookups, you'll have everything you need to focus on what matters most – great BBQ! Each team will share a 20x20 space with another, giving plenty of room for all your BBQ needs.

Championship Details: This event will be a Jack qualifier if we have at least 25 teams turning in all entries. In addition, we’re thrilled to present the 2024 Northwest BBQ Champion title! Here’s how it works:

• Teams that won Grand Champion (GC) at a 2024 PNWBA sanctioned (3 or 4 meat) event will be recognized as a “Championship Team.”
• These Championship Teams must participate in this 2024 PNWBA Championship event.
• The Championship Team that earns the highest score among the GCs entered will take home the title of 2024 Northwest BBQ Champion—no matter where they finish in the overall standings!

Important Dates & Times:

• Load-in: Friday, November 8th, from 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Load-out: Sunday, November 10th, by 1:00pm
• PNWBA Site Inspection: November 8th, 12:00pm - 5:00pm
• Pitmaster Meeting: November 8th, 6:30pm 

Turn-in Times for Saturday, November 9th (Order Change):

• Chicken: 11:00am
• Pork Ribs: 12:00pm
• Pork: 1:00pm
• Brisket: 2:00pm
  
  (Note: 5-minute window before or after each turn-in time)

Entry Fee: $195.00 USD per team
($15.00 of the fee is non-refundable for processing; cancellations by the event coordinator will result in a $180.00 refund)

Power & Disposal:

• Power is available on-site
• Ash, grease, grey water, and trash disposal services provided

Site Footprint: Each team will share a 20x20 site. If you need a larger space, contact Eric Mendel, but please be mindful as larger footprints can reduce the number of competing teams.

Lodging Info: A block of discounted rooms is available at the Clearwater Casino for $129 plus tax. The discount closes on 11:30pm October 13th, so be sure to book early. The discount code will be provided in your confirmation email after registration.
