Limited to 15 Teams, with each team staffed with no more than 2 people. After 15 teams, additional will be waitlisted. Waitlisted teams will be accepted if there is a cancellation.

This is a fully sanctioned 1-day lite cook.

It is suggested that you have at least had your first covid vaccination prior to the event.

Garnishes (Important!!!!):

This event will be a no garnish event. The turn-in boxes only must contain the meat.

Load in times:

Load-in can be Friday afternoon until 10pm with arrangements, then Saturday starting at 6am on Saturday, July 10th, 2021. Ends at 8am.


• Starting between 3:00-3:30 pm

Load out times:

• Starting AFTER Awards Ceremony.

Site Inspection:

• Between 6:00am and 8:00 am.

REQUIRED Cook’s Meeting:

• 9 am

Turn-in Times:

  • 11:00am – Chicken
  • 12:00pm – Tri Tip
  • 1:00pm – Ribs
  • 2:00pm – Chili
Window is 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after each hour.

Safety Requirements:

For safety, the following requirements must be followed:

Masks – Masks must be always worn when indoors. Masks must cover nose and mouth. Masks and gloves must be work when sampling to the public.

Team Requirements:

Please review the Team Rules Page, even if you are an experienced team. Each site will be inspected to meet these requirements. If you are a new to competition BBQ team or new to PNWBA competitions, we recommend visiting our New Team Info page.

• Please plan to bring a generator if needed. Indicate on the registration if power is needed.

Ash / Trash / Grey Water / Grease disposal:

• Provided by Venue. For grease, please cool before placing in trash.
