Pacific Northwest BBQ Association (PNWBA) Refund Policy

Membership

All memberships purchased with PNWBA are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for membership fees under any circumstances.

Events

All event registration payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, competition entry fees, judge registration fees, and any other payments made to attend or participate in PNWBA events.

Classes

All class registration payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, pitmaster class registration fees, judge class registration fees, and any other payments made to attend or participate in PNWBA classes.

Donations

All donations made to the PNWBA, including contributions to restricted fund accounts maintained by PNWBA, are non-refundable. This applies to both general donations and those earmarked for specific programs, events, or purposes.

By submitting payment for membership, event registration, or donation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
