Competition Canceled!

We're very sorry to announce that, due to insufficient team enrollment, the organizer has decided that the competition portion of this event has been canceled.

Central Oregon BBQ, Brews & Whiskey Festival

Limited to 40 Teams. After 40 teams, additional will be waitlisted. Waitlisted teams will be accepted as additional space is available.

QUALIFIER? - This should be a Jack and American Royal qualifier if we have at least 25 teams turning in ALL entries.

Required Pitmaster Meeting:

Saturday June 4th: 4:00pm

Turn-in Times on Sunday 6/5:

(Window is 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after)

2:00pm - Ribs

Safety Requirements:

For safety, the following requirements must be followed:
PNWBA will enforce any local health restrictions in place at the time of the event.

Team Requirements:

Please view the Cook Rules located here. Each site will be inspected to meet these requirements. If you are a new to competition BBQ team or new to PNWBA competitions, we recommend visiting our New Team Info page..

Entry Fee:

Entry fee is $195.00 USD. A designated amount of $15.00 from the entry fee is non-refundable to cover payment and event processing expenses. In the event of a cancellation by the event coordinator, $180.00 will be refunded from the entrants payment.


Sampling is highly encouraged and those offering samples will be given preferential booth placement at the event. Sampling opportunities are available for Friday through Sunday - contact the organizer directly for details and requirements. The split is 80/20, making it possible for teams to recoup some event expenses.
