PNWBA Judging Class

Do you think you know what good “BBQ” is? Have you wondered exactly what judges look for?

Here is your chance to become a certified BBQ judge and to taste some of the best BBQ in the world. As a class participant you will have the opportunity to sample four competition

Meats:

• Pork Butt (Shoulder)
• Beef Brisket
• Chicken
• Pork Ribs.

Upon completion of the class you will be able to judge at any PNWBA sanctioned BBQ event

What to bring:

Bring a notebook and pen to take notes, and bring your appetite - there will be delicious BBQ meats sampled during class.

Entry Fee:

• $65.00 USD per Student
• $50.00 USD for those who are current KCBS Certified BBQ Judges. KCBS CBJ# Required

Entry fees include one year of PNWBA Membership
