Limited to 30 Teams. After 30 teams, additional will be waitlisted. Waitlisted teams will be accepted as additional space is available based on other events at the event.

This should be a Jack qualifier if we have at least 15 teams minimum with no DQ's.
(Window is 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after)
For safety, the following requirements must be followed:
Masks – Masks must be always worn when on fairgrounds property. Masks must cover nose and mouth. Judges may remove their masks when actively judging each category, but must wear at all other times.
Please view the Cook Rules located here. Each site will be inspected to meet these requirements. We also recommend all teams, especially new teams, visit this page for more info.
Entry fee is $195.00 USD. A designated amount of $15.00 from the entry fee is non-refundable to cover payment and event processing expenses. In the event of a cancellation by the event coordinator, $180.00 will be refunded from the entrants payment.
No Power - Plan on your own power. However, there are a few spots for minimal power that would work for pellet grill and Christmas style lights. Not heaters or heavy draw lights. Contact Saffron for info.
No outside lighting at night. BYO lighting, including method to make it work (batteries, gas or similar)
Toilet area and pathway to them are lit.
Ash / Trash Available. Grey water is appropriate for drains as location is on septic
