This is a general notice and wait list for a Backyard BBQ Cooking Class hosted by the Pacific Northwest BBQ Association.

These classes focus on backyard-style BBQ, not competition cooking. You won’t have to worry about competition rules or strict protocols—just learning how to make great food for friends and family. Each class will feature a mix of recipes showing how to choose, prepare, cook, and serve some of the best BBQ and grilled dishes around. The sessions are taught by experienced pitmasters who love sharing their passion for backyard cooking.

We’ll use this list to contact you about upcoming classes in the order you signed up. There’s no commitment or cost to join the wait list.
