The President called the meeting to order at 6:35pm.
Announcements:
Bill S. reminded board members that the annual in-person meeting is scheduled for Saturday, January 17th, 2026, at Hotel Interurban in Tukwila, WA, beginning between 8:00 and 8:30am.
Annual Elections:
575 were eligible to vote; 164 ballots were received and counted.
2026-2027 Election Results:
Reelected:
Bill Stock (President)
Eric Mendel (Director)
Jason Aqui (Director)
Allen Carter (Director)
Newly Elected:
Diane Mee (Treasurer)
Bob Washburn (Director)
Marc Gonick (Director)
The board approved a motion to accept the election results.
Adam Scattergood was appointed Secretary for the remainder of the 2026 term, and Viola Avery was appointed Director for the rest of the 2026 term. The meeting adjourned at 6:58pm.
Following the meeting, Adam and Viola formally accepted their appointments to the board for the year 2026.
